Administration of all online courses and programs offered by the college. Administration of LMS (Moodle). Weekly monitoring of students attendance and progress. Review of online courses for proper use of online teaching methodologies and curriculum standards.  Review and purchase of various supplemental online curriculum items such as labs, textbooks and other digital resources. Hiring, leadership, management, scheduling, and training of 12+ online instructors in 7 different programs of study. Increase of student population in online programs from 6 to 50+ over a one year period. Development and creation of various distance education documents including enrollment package and instructions, student origination, college wide distance education policies and procedures, etc.

Managed the building of product archives and archive verification. Management of internal/external development resources including legal, marketing, engineering, artist, testing, quality assurance, editorial, manufacturing, engineering, quality assurance, editorial, marketing, and production teams. Responsibilities included construction of project pre-parameters before the start of the project; review and comparison of competitor software products; producing scheduling and resource allocation for the project cycle; in-depth reporting of project process and problems to senior management; proofreading and editing of program content, documentation, and packaging; legal issues and copyright information; construction of testing suites; debugging and quality assurance of product; final sign-off on all aspects of final product; compiling and shipping of final Gold Master CD and documentation files to manufacturing. Accomplishing these tasks called for technical knowledge in a wide range of computer skills such as 32 and 16 bit computer operating systems/architecture, help systems, internet and web development, digital video/audio, software installation procedures, hybrid CD formats, ISO 9660 format, CD replication and duplication processes, software testing, and quality assurance.
